Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange or Return:
Exchanges or Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products. If you mistakenly place a wrong order, the return or exchange policy will not apply. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Return or Exchange Window:
Greenway offers a 15-day return or exchange policy for damaged items, starting from the day you receive your order.

Conditions for Return:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Must include all original tags and invoice/receipt
  • Items purchased during sale, promotion, or gifted items are non-returnable/exchangable.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:
Email us at query@greenwayproduct.com with your order details and pictures of the damaged product.

Returns must be sent to the following address:
Address – 16 KM, Raiwind Road Lahore, Pakistan.

Approval Process:
If your return/exchange is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send any items without prior approval, as they will not be accepted. Once we receive the return parcel your exchange parcel will be proccessed.
